In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week, Chairman and CEO John R. Frangakis will share how his family business, Reynolds Services Inc., has grown to become an international metal packaging service center. In collaboration with the eCenter@LindenPointe, Frangakis’s presentation “Keep Moving Forward” is open to the public and will air live on Penn State Shenango’s YouTube at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 18.

“When we were founded in 1990, we were just a small tin mill service center with one piece of operating equipment in Greenville,” said Frangakis.

Since being established, Reynolds Services has quickly developed into a multi-facility organization with locations across the United States by becoming a customer-focused solution company.

“We identified pain points for our customers and focused on creating innovative solutions,” said Frangakis. “Almost every industry is competitive, but your ability to implement creativity will set you apart.”

Honing in on the company’s strengths, Reynolds Services offers their customers unique solutions in the areas of design, sourcing, and processing. For example, offering a sustainable metal packaging into the market has quickly become one of Reynolds Services’ key products in the international supply chain, says Frangakis. Viewers can join Frangakis live at youtube.com/PennStateShenango on Nov. 18 at 5:30 p.m. Questions from the audience will be answered after the presentation.
