The eCenter offers convenient and affordable conference spaces as well as a full inventory of meeting room rentals, which you can reserve for the hour, day or month, without the hassle of a long-term lease.
1. How far in advance may I schedule a meeting room?
Our meeting rooms may be reserved up to 1 year in advance.
2. Will there be someone to greet the clients? How do we know where to go?
Typically, our location has on-site staff who will be able to greet your guests and help them get settled in the meeting with you. They will be able to direct guests on where to go to get to the room and assist with any requests during the meeting.
3. Can I pay when I arrive at the eCenter?
All payments for the meeting room use are made via check - in advance. Please make checks out to LindenPointe Development Corporation— we do require payment at the time you submit your reservation in order to hold the room.
4. How can I reserve easels?
You may request easels on your form when making your reservation under “special requests.”
5. Who do I contact for food and beverages?
eCenter staff can assist you with local options. Please call 724.981.1829 or contact us via the website. The credenza in the back of the room only to be used for food and drink service.
6. Can I use the meeting room before my scheduled time to set up?
The meeting room can only be used within your scheduled time. When booking the meeting room, please be sure to allow for time to set up, restore the room to order, and vacate within your reserved time.
7. What do we do with our trash?
Please place all trash in the proper receptacles. Because we are a “green” building we ask that you use the proper recycling bins for the plastic.
8. How do I cancel a reservation?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting, please call 724.981.1829 as soon as possible so that others can reserve the room. We will then send an email confirmation of your cancellation.
